Refund policy
We have a 14-day store credit policy, so you have 14 days after receiving your item to request store credit.
To be eligible for store credit, items must be in perfect condition. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the process, you can message us on Instagram @threadsboutiquejonesboro. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a one-time discount code to use at checkout with the amount of your store credit.
